Thanks God for waking up this morning without the terrible headache anymore. I went to bed around 2am with a terrible headache! As in, it took me a long time to fall asleep as I changed my position constantly trying to make the headache fade away. The headache must be due to the almost 15 hours of just being in front of the laptop and no enough food (since I only ate oatmeal and hotdogs with veggies). Dieting the wrong way and abusing my body and so I suffered the consequences. I didn't complain though coz I know that it was my fault. Instead, I promised to take care of myself more. I might not feel the effects today, but later in life, I will and the thought is scaring me,:)
